Wednesday, February 27, and Thursday, February 28, 2013:  Two Days in a Ghost Town:

An easy and quick run to Ehrenberg, Arizona, was on the agenda for Wednesday.  We are here for only two days on the way to Casa Grande.  We covered the 111 miles by noon (MST) and settled in quickly at the Colorado River Oasis, a nice park we've stayed in previously.  Ehrenberg is just across the Colorado River from Blythe, California.  Except for the RV parks and water sports facilities along the river,

there is little else in Ehrenberg that has been built in the past century.  It brags of being a ghost town for all intents and purposes.  It's fun to be here with no plans to do anything.
